Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, Personal Data Protection Code, Apache Factory Srl with headquarters in Stra (VE), via Zara, 7, is the data controller, pursuant to art. 4 of the aforementioned Code, and as such provides users of the kosamuitailors.com website with the following information regarding the use of personal data.

The personal data processed by Apache Factory Srl are collected directly from the users of the Site when they register for the services offered (for example, registration for the newsletter or online purchasing services). - b) Data controller
The Data Controller is Apache Factory Srl with headquarters in Stra (VE), via Zara, 7. - c) Purpose of the processing
The personal data collected in the registration forms for the Site services and/or any data collected during navigation on the site, including any sensitive data that Apache Factory Srl may come into possession of on the initiative of the customer, relating to specific operations or services requested by the customer (for example for registration to the Newsletter), will be processed for the following purposes:
(I) comply with the obligations set forth by laws, regulations, European standards and by the provisions of the authorities and supervisory bodies;
(II) manage and fulfill pre-contractual and/or contractual relationships with customers/users in Italy, the European Union and beyond, by entering the data provided into the electronic systems of Apache Factory Srl;
(III) sending information and commercial promotions, also based on the choices and preferences expressed by the consumer, by telephone, SMS, e-mail, regarding the range of products and services of Apache Factory Srl, as well as for market research, surveys and personalized or statistical analysis. To this end, the information obtained from browsing the Ko Samui Tailors website and from the other services offered may be used and processed electronically.
Pursuant to articles 24.1.b) and 43.1.b), of the Code, specific consent is not required for processing relating to points (I) - (II). In addition, the interested party must mark the appropriate box on the registration form to express his/her consent to the processing of data (with the exception of sensitive data) for the purposes referred to in point (III).
- d) Methods of data processing
With reference to the purposes referred to in point c) - data processing - including the operations indicated in the definition of "processing" pursuant to Article 4 of the Code (such as collection, recording, processing, extraction, comparison, communication and deletion), it will take place using manual and automated tools, for which Apache Factory Srl has adopted suitable security measures in order to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the data. - e) Mandatory/optional nature of providing data
The data is provided at the discretion of the user. However, failure to provide the data indicated in the registration form, or other personal data that may be requested for the initiation of any contractual relationships and the provision of the requested service, may make it impossible for Apache Factory Srl to initiate and/or continue the contractual relationships, in whole or in part, or fulfill the request for the provision of services. - f) Categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may have access to it
Personal data may be communicated to:
external companies that Apache Factory Srl may appoint to manage contractual relationships with customers, or for its own organizational and business needs, including those specialized in: (a) banking, financial and insurance services, including entities operating in the management of payment systems; (b) services for the acquisition, recording and processing of data; (c) printing, transport, enveloping, transport and sorting of communications; (d) archiving services for documentation relating to contractual relationships; e) debt collection services; (f) IT services and management services for the Apache Factory Srl IT system and telecommunications networks (including e-mail); (g) firms or companies that provide assistance and consultancy; (h) entities that carry out the control, auditing and certification of Apache Factory Srl's activities; (i) call center services and agencies and/or agents responsible for promoting the goods and services offered by Apache Factory Srl; (l) market analysis and communication services for the proposal of standard and customized commercial offers. These entities will process the personal data of customers as independent data controllers, i.e. they may have access to the data as external data controllers where specifically appointed, in line with Article 29 of the Code. Your personal data will also be accessible to employees and collaborators, including external ones, specifically appointed for processing (with access selected based on their function), belonging to services and central offices and/or to the sales network of Apache Factory Srl, who perform technical, support and control roles for the company.
- g) Rights pursuant to art. 7 of the Code
With reference to the processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 7 of the Code, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to request the existence of the same data, to know its content and origin, to verify its correctness or request its updating, integration or correction.
Pursuant to the same article, they also have the right to request their cancellation or transformation into anonymous form, or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and in any case to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
