The Data Controller is Apache Srl, with registered office at Viale del Lavoro 7, 35010 Vigonza (PD), Italy.
c) Purposes of processing
The personal data collected through the registration forms for the Site services and/or any data collected while browsing the Site, including any sensitive data that Apache Srl may receive at the customer’s initiative in relation to specific operations or services requested by the customer, such as newsletter subscription, will be processed for the following purposes:
(I) to comply with obligations provided for by laws, regulations, European rules and the provisions of authorities and supervisory bodies;
(II) to manage and fulfil pre-contractual and/or contractual relationships with customers/users in Italy, in the European Union and elsewhere, by entering the data provided into the electronic systems of Apache Srl;

g) Rights pursuant to Article 7 of the Code
With reference to the processing of personal data, pursuant to Article 7 of the Code, the subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to request confirmation of the existence of such data, to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy or to request their updating, integration or correction.
Pursuant to the same article, they also have the right to request the deletion or transformation into anonymous form of the data, or the blocking of data processed in violation of the law, and in any case to object to their processing on legitimate grounds.
