As a Member you earn 5 points for every euro spent below €250 (5% cashback), and 8 points for every euro above €250 (8% cashback).

As an Ambassador you earn even more: 20 points per euro (20% cashback), and on orders over €500 you earn 30 points for every euro spent (30% cashback).

Every 100 points = €1 of credit.

You can convert them into credit to use on your orders.
The minimum you can redeem is €1.

1. Introduction

The KST CLUB is the official loyalty programme of Ko Samui, run by Apache Factory S.r.l., with registered office in Padua (Italy).
Membership of the programme is free and reserved for customers who create an account on www.kosamuitailors.com.
Joining implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Registration

Membership of the programme is personal and non-transferable. Only persons who are of legal age under the law of their country of residence or domicile within the Territory may join the Programme (for example, for Italy, persons aged 18 or over). Joining the Programme is free and no prior purchase of products is required to become a Member. However, the customer must be registered on the Site (available at https://kosamuitailors.com/account/login) in order to join and enrol in this Programme. Once registration on the Site is completed, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions, declares to have read and understood the Privacy Policy, and becomes a Member. When registering on the Site, the user undertakes to provide only true and correct data and to keep their identification and contact details always up to date. Incorrect or incomplete completion of the fields required for registration, as well as any failure to update the related information, will prevent enrolment in the Programme, the crediting of points and the receipt of benefits.

3. Withdrawal from the loyalty programme

The Customer has the right to withdraw from these Terms and Conditions at any time, at no cost, by contacting customer service at info@kosamuitailors.com

Exercising this right of withdrawal will result in the cancellation of the membership, so the Customer will no longer benefit from the advantages reserved for Members of this Programme. In the event of withdrawal, all points collected up to the time of cancellation will be deleted.

4. Limitations on access to the loyalty programme

This Programme requires the Customer to comply with these Terms and Conditions and to act in good faith and fairness towards the Company. Consequently, the Company reserves the right to suspend membership of the Programme or permanently disable such participation and, where applicable, cancel the benefits acquired as well as orders previously placed and not yet fulfilled, in the event of abuse by the Customer in the use of the Programme and/or towards the Company and/or failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions. The Company will proceed with the above suspension and/or deactivation and cancellation after notifying the Customer by email at the address provided during registration and on the Site on the page dedicated to the Programme, in particular in the following cases:

• fraudulent actions or attempted fraud and theft;

• improper use and/or circumvention of the Programme;

• actions aimed at disrupting the proper functioning of the Site and/or the Programme;

• purchases in excessively high numbers within one day and/or over several days that show the intention to resell and/or make a profit from the purchase of the Company's products;

• suspected registration of a new account by a previously suspended Customer;

• more generally, failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5. Membership levels

The programme has two levels of participation:

• MEMBER
  (base level): immediate access upon registration.
• AMBASSADOR
  (premium level): obtainable in two ways: by reaching 6,000 KST points; or by taking out an annual subscription of €85, automatically renewed on expiry (unless cancelled).

6. Earning points

Points are calculated automatically on the net amounts
paid (shipping costs excluded):

• MEMBER

Up to €249.99 - 5 points per €1. From €250 - 8 points per €1.

• AMBASSADOR

Up to €499.99 - 20 points per €1. From €500 - 30 points per €1

Points value: every 100 points = €1 of credit.

The minimum credit that can be redeemed is €1.

Please note that the discount code cannot be combined with other discounts or ongoing promotions. The points balance and the related levels are updated in the reserved area immediately after completing any purchase on the Site

7. Benefits by level

MEMBER

• 15% welcome discount on the first order (cannot be combined with other promotions).
• Points earned as per the table.

AMBASSADOR

• Increased points earning (20 or 30 points/€).
• Free size exchange on the first return.
• 60 days to request an exchange.
• Early access to restocks and drops.
• Reserved exclusive collections.
• Priority customer service.

8. Viewing and using points

Points earned and available can be viewed in the “KST CLUB” section of your personal account.
In this section you can:

• check your points history;
• redeem credit by converting it into discount codes.

The discount codes generated:

• can be applied automatically to the cart, but not directly at checkout;
• alternatively, they can be copied and entered manually at payment.

9. Points validity and communications

• Points expire 12 months after the date they are credited.
• The user will receive an email notification 7 days before unused points expire.
• Expired points cannot be reactivated or converted into credit.

10. Ambassador subscription

The AMBASSADOR subscription lasts one year and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before expiry.
Payment is made with the method chosen at activation.
Failure to pay or withdrawal of consent to renewal results in the immediate loss of Ambassador benefits.

11. Personal data protection

Participation in the Programme involves the processing of Members' personal data, such as the data required for registration and data relating to purchases and benefits, for the purpose of managing the Programme and its operation. The data collected will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Italian Personal Data Protection Code.

12. Changes to these terms and conditions and limitation of liability

The Company accepts no liability for any malfunction of the Programme or related systems where such malfunctions are beyond its reasonable control. However, the Company will make every reasonable effort to safeguard, in the event of a malfunction, the points and/or other benefits accumulated. The Company reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

Any dispute relating to the performance or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions is governed by Italian law. For any dispute concerning the interpretation and/or performance and/or termination of these Terms and Conditions, the court of Padua (PD) shall have jurisdiction.
